Our Mission: To promote plein air painting in the State of Washington by providing painting, learning, and exhibiting opportunities.

Wallowa Valley

Date: September 13-17

Come ready to paint!

PAWA offers at least one paint-out per year that is out-of-state. This paintout is centered around the beautiful town of Joseph, Oregon in the Wallowa Valley. It is scheduled for the same time as the 35th Annual Wallowa Valley Festival of Arts, which celebrates fine art and hosts a Plein Air Competition and a Quick Draw! PAWA Painters may apply to join the official paintout event or just to paint the scenery available and participate in some of the events as a spectator.
